France (Day 1)

London St. Pancras - Channel Tunnel train ("chunnel") to Paris.

New hotel...and again, bigger bed. :)

Oh, no...the TV knows us...

Eiffel Tower - also known as the Iron Lady (La dame de fer).

La Tour Eiffel is going to squish us.

It was strange to actually be there; to not just see it in pictures.

Hôtel National des Invalides/Musée de l’Armée - home of Napoleon's tomb.

Pont Alexandre III - regarded as the most ornate & extravagant bridge in Paris.

Day 2 and 3 updated tomorrow. We are taking a lot of photos. Many of mine are not only to say we have been somewhere but to catalog some beautiful imagery, hopefully for artwork in the future. Either way, I know we will have some wonderful new prints to hang in our house!
